Toshua holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences at the University of
Cincinnati. She continued her education to receive a Master of
Education from the University of Phoenix, in addition to a Master
of Educational Leadership from the American College of
Education.
With over 20 years of experience managing scores of employees in
customer service and compliance procedures, Toshua is a seasoned
customer service manager that has influenced positive results in
the Fiat currency industry. Duties include responding and
networking with clients, ensuring client and employee
satisfaction, as well as communicating client and department needs
with upper management.
